Sweetmag delivered GD Xchange's website in two phases, prioritising a fast, credible launch first, then building out content depth once the immediate deadline was met.
Launch-Ready Corporate Presence
Sweetmag built GD Xchange's initial site on Shopify's stable, theme-based architecture rather than a bespoke CMS, giving GD Xchange a faster path to launch and a lower-maintenance foundation, while still meeting GDEX's corporate advisory branding standards. Content was structured directly from GD Xchange's existing presentation materials, letting the site launch with credible, ready-made content rather than starting from a blank page, covering the homepage, About, Advisory Services, Ecosystem/Partners, and Contact.
Phase 2: Content Expansion and Experience Enhancement
Following launch, Sweetmag expanded the site with new Leadership/Team and Insights/Thought Leadership pages, refined and restructured existing content, and improved visual hierarchy and internal linking for stronger SEO, elevating GD Xchange's advisory credibility beyond what the initial launch scope allowed.
Built to Scale Without Replatforming
Because the site was built on a theme-based Shopify architecture from the start, GD Xchange can continue expanding content and functionality over time without needing to rebuild the platform underneath it, avoiding the cost and disruption of a future replatform.
