Sweetmag delivered this as a combined brand, UX, and functionality refresh, alongside ongoing technical support post-launch.
UI/UX Revamp with a Brand Photography Recommendation
Beyond the interface redesign itself, Sweetmag recommended a photography package to reset GDEX's brand imagery, recognising that a UI refresh alone wouldn't fully modernise the brand's visual identity if the underlying photography stayed the same. This gave the new site cohesive, current visuals to match the redesigned experience.
Content Navigation and Information Architecture
Sweetmag built a new content navigation flow grounded in proper information architecture design, restructuring how GDEX's content is organised so visitors can move through the site intuitively rather than working against a structure that had grown organically over time.
Parcel Tracking on the Homepage
Sweetmag built parcel tracking functionality directly into the homepage, putting GDEX's single most-used customer function front and centre rather than buried in a subpage.
Rate Calculators
Sweetmag developed rate calculator functionality, letting customers estimate shipping costs directly on the site rather than needing to contact GDEX or reference a separate tool.
Server Management Advisory & Technical Support
Since GDEX manages its own server infrastructure but its internal IT team wasn't deeply familiar with the specifics, Sweetmag provided ongoing server management advisory to guide their team, alongside technical support for bugs arising from the parcel tracking integration.
