Challenge

Pelangi Books had a strong retail and distribution network, but needed a proper online store to sell directly to customers, parents, students, and educators looking for Pelangi's books without going through a physical bookshop. The catalogue itself added real complexity: with an SKU range of 30,000 to 50,000 products, spanning academic books, revision guides, novels, and children's titles across multiple education levels and languages, migrating and structuring that volume of products correctly was no small task.

Goal

Set up a new Ecommerce store for Pelangi Books, capable of properly organising and presenting a catalogue in the tens of thousands of SKUs, giving the publisher a direct online sales channel for their full range of titles.
