Sweetmag delivered a complete re-platforming project, from UI/UX redesign through to a carefully sequenced data migration and customer transition plan.
Full UI/UX Redesign for High-Conversion Ecommerce
Sweetmag rebuilt Travel For All's storefront with a full UI/UX redesign, optimising the product, category, and product detail pages along with checkout, and building a seamless customer account experience, all designed around modern conversion best practices rather than replicating the previous platform's structure.
Shopify Store Setup & Custom Theme Development
Beyond store creation and configuration, Sweetmag built a custom Shopify theme from approved designs, covering both frontend and backend customisation, along with geo-blocking, localisation-ready setup, domain configuration, voucher management, and an email reminder system, giving Travel For All a fully configured foundation rather than an out-of-the-box store.
Migration from 91App
Sweetmag managed the full migration from 91App, moving customer profiles, order history, product categories and SKUs, and inventory levels into Shopify, along with SEO redirects to preserve search equity through the transition. Beyond the data itself, Sweetmag designed the customer journey in Shopify according to Travel For All's ICDP system rules, including a welcome message explaining the new omnichannel system to returning customers, prompts to update contact details, and a loyalty summary screen, ensuring existing customers understood and trusted the new experience rather than feeling like they'd landed somewhere unfamiliar.
Content Population & QA
Sweetmag handled full content population, product listings, collection setup and tagging, inventory tracking, and SEO-friendly content including alt tags, titles, and meta descriptions, alongside content migration for key pages like About, FAQ, and Contact. The project closed with full integration testing and UAT before go-live, ensuring the new platform was verified end-to-end before launch.
