Bringing Brand Identity to an Everyday Household Product

Vinda Tissue is Vinda Group's core tissue and paper products brand, one of several brands in the group's portfolio. Sweetmag built Vinda Tissue's website as part of a broader initiative spanning Libresse, TENA, and Drypers, all developed on Vinda's existing Adobe Commerce subscription.

Challenge

Tissue is a category people rarely think about beyond the supermarket shelf, which made brand storytelling genuinely important: the site needed to give Vinda Tissue a personality and presence beyond "another paper product." Building that on Adobe Commerce, a platform designed around product catalogues and checkout, rather than brand experience, meant working against the grain of the platform. Vinda Tissue also runs a Claim Free Sample campaign, so the site needed to handle sample claims smoothly enough to turn a household staple into a considered brand choice.

Goal

Solution

Sweetmag worked closely with Vinda's marketing team on Vinda Tissue's design and messaging, then built a Claim Free Sample experience to support the brand's sampling strategy directly on the site.

Giving an Everyday Product a Brand Presence

Sweetmag focused on design and storytelling that gave Vinda Tissue genuine brand character, rather than treating the site as a plain product listing page, an important distinction in a category where most competitors don't bother.

Part of Vinda Group's Multi-Brand Platform Strategy

Vinda Tissue's site is one of four Sweetmag built for Vinda Group on a single Adobe Commerce subscription, part of the group's approach to maximising their platform investment across their full brand portfolio.
